Poured with the yeast included, hazy amber with a big white head. Aroma of rustic yeasts, grainy malts and a hint of spice. Flavour was sweetish, with some caramel, more yeast character and dryish finish. Drinkable.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white to white head. Fruity, grassy and faintly peppery aroma with pale malts. A bit sweet on the palate, still quite dry. Medium body. Fruity flavor with a touch of bitterness, the bitterness more evident in the end. Although a bit sweet, it’s a really nice one, tasteful and easy drinkable. 110601

bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy golden colour, mid-sized, creamy head. Yeasty-malty nose. Solid malty base, yeasty, hints of nuts. Sjy hoppy touch in the finish.

50 cL bottle from Plan B. Pours hazy orange with a steady, dense and off-white head. Aroma is toasted malt, light yeasty and slight hayish. Bitter, toasted and light grassy. Bitter and slight cornish finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, toasted, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration.
