Our Session IPA brewed with Oats and Wheat to give plenty of body, we use Mosaic and Centennial Hops to give this beer a very Citrusy Hoppy Flavour and Aroma

Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours golden yellow with a small foamy almost white head and good lacing. The aroma has marmalade, floral hops and summer fruits. In the mouth it is sweet and malty with a creamy texture but also some underlying hops. Flavour has marmalade and citrus with hints of oats and spices. Finish is slightly dry. This is decent but I’m not sure if it should be regarded as a hoppy bitter or a wishy-washy IPA.

Cask at the Peter Cushing JDW, Whitstable. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, malt, dry, light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not bad at all.

Half-pint, cask ale shared with Finn at Briton's Protection. A firm white head blanketing the glass. Warm golden body. Promising aroma of bread and mid-sweet fruits. Fruity bitterness to the taste profile, grainy malts beneath. Dry bitter tail. Nice one. (Manchester 22.02.2020).

Bottle, many thanks Andrew! Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit, grassy bready, straw, pale malts. Taste is bready, grapefruit, grassy. Oily mouthfeel, soft low carbonation. Nice one.

Cask at the Townhouse, Ely. Golden colour, clear with a tiny bit of white head but a surprising amount of lacing. Malty smell with a touch of fruit loaf and a resinous hint. Simple bitter taste with orange peel and a bit of clove. Long bitter finish. Its incredibly simple but I like the recipe.
