В аромате богатство красок американского хмеля с оттенками тропических фруктов, цитрусов и хвои. Во вкусе эта тема раскрывается слоями сложной богатой сухой горечи, где все тона собраны в сбалансированный букет, играющий своими гранями, но не выпячивая ни одну из них. Это буйство переходит из тонких материй в горечь и обратно от глотка к глотку.

Piligrim, Moscow 50cl: Pours deep copper with very small head (maybe it was the intercontinental journey that this beer endured?). Aroma is correct for an IPA: lots of grapefruit, plenty of tropical fruit undertones. Taste is fruity and rather bitter. Aftertaste is similarly bitter with the hoppy tastes kind of just chilling there. Body is kind of light, and there ain’t as much juicy malts here as there are in some US IPAs that this emulates. In any case, this is a pretty good show from the Russians.

BOTTLE 50 CL from Sharkydodson.
Lots of hops (grapefruit, pine), which mostly contributes to bitterness. The malts add the sweet and sour fruity notes. The finish is as bitter as wormwood and as a light aspirin note to it. Overall, the beer is quite nice, albeit somewhat unbalanced.
