Denali is a brand new hop bred by Hopsteiner that we've never used before. It provides a really nice pineapple gummy bear/blueberry quality as well as moderate dankness. The new crop of Mosaic we used in this beer is out of control tasty with notes of fresh melon, apricot and even slight coconut. This unfiltered west coast IPA is very bright and intensely aromatic.
