Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz. Piana spora nie oblepiajaca szkla, ale w miare trwala. Ciemne z lekkimi refleksami winnej czerwieni. Zapach palonej kawy, smakowo goraca czekolada, kakao, prazone orzechy. Wytrawnosc pewna, ale to nie moj styl.

Pours deeply dark, caramelly brown. medium sized, pillowy white head with low to lower average stability. Smell is dusty, some DMS? Taste has diacetyl, but it kinda works with the beer ( even tho it’s certainly to high in concentration) some roasty features, uncer a buttery body. bit ashy, but very, very subtile. high in carbonation, medium in body. Mild bitter, fading malty aftertaste.

0.5l bottle from getränke oase in münchen, 1.80€, 12.02.2018. pours an almost clear chestnut with a medium off-white head. aroma of hay, butter, caramel, and some dried fruits. flavour of butter, caramel, grape skins/pumpkin (acetaldehyde?), black tea, nuts. would be very nice if not for diacetyl/acetaldehyde.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with orangey red tinges. Dried fruit and some hints of liquorice and berries in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with some roasted notes combining well with some fruity and slightly sweet notes including raisins, blackcurrant and liquorice.
