Changing Dry Hopped Kettle Sour
Kettle soured over several days with high-lactic cultures, for a clean citrus acidity to balance and compliment fruity hops. Low ABV and just enough sourness to make it truly sessionable. Since we believe there is so much potential within this style, with so many amazing fruity hops to choose from, we couldn’t commit on a set hop combination. Every new batch will have additions of something different during the last moments of the boil, bringing loads of character, but little bitterness. Letting the acidic nature intertwine with the juicy, fruitiness of our chosen hops.
