Bottle shared at work. I love me a big fat resinous DIPA, but the hops in this were a little bit too much. Huge bitter kick upfront, backed up with a biscuity malty backbone and there's a sweet boozy touch too. Long lasting lingering bitter finish, medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad by far, but I do prefer my BW in the English style.

Bottle 0.33l, trade with Camons, thanks a lot! Maybe five years aged. Hazy, dark amber to copper colored. AROMA- nice alcohol, caramel, plums, cherries, raisins, baked apple. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, warming, grapes, raisins, caramel, alcohol, baked apple, plums. Full bodied. Really good.

Bottle at home. Pours almost clear dark copper with little off-white head. Aroma of caramel, raisins, plums, some vinous notes, some ethanol. Taste has some sweetness that is well balanced by quite some bitter finish. Medium bodied, alcoholic warmth.

Bottle. Dark amber with small brown head. Aroma is malty, caramel, molasses, dark sugar, toffee, toast, light hops. Taste is malty, caramel, toffee, dark fruits, sweet, toasty, bready.
