Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Moderat bitter, blechern, etwas pappig. Trocken, wenig hopfig, wenig grasig. Kurzer Abgang. 9/8/7/7/8/7

hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized dense beige-ish ecru head; aroma of toasted rye bread, roasted sunflower seeds, some marmalade and pear notes; taste is similar to the aroma with less intensity (except for the roastedness); correct one

33cl bottle from a trade with anstei, thanks! A hazy orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of pine needles, resinous hops, caramel and nuts. Taste of dry caramelish malt, nuts, resins, pine needles, long dry bitter finish.

Bottle at ZBF 2016. Another simple and easy beer at this festival. A classic pale good beer. Rather soft and a tad watery, but not in a disturbing way.

Erzbierschof, Bern tap: pours anber with a off white head. Aroma is earthy and caramel malts.taste is a bit sweet and not very pitter. More like an esb than an apa. Not crazy about it.

Bottle at Midlands Tasting Group; clear dark amber pour with a frothy off white head, caramel aroma, taste has assertive citrus hope, caramel sweetness, bitter finish, from what can remember I liked this.
