The St. Paul Blond is a wonderful, fresh, blonde easy to drink beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a beautiful blonde colour and a big, white head. This bonde has, thanks to the technique of dryhopping, a pleasant aroma. It contains notes of citrus, pear and apple. This St. Paul is soft, fruity, spicy and hoppy and has a dry aftertaste.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - fuzzy golden pour with a white head. Fruity and light malty light caramel sweetness, some citric lemon flavour, yeasty, grassy and floral nuances going on, citric spice towards the sweet finish.

Tap. Clear golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is straw, dough, belgian yeasts. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with rather low carbonation. Not exciting.

Bottle. Clear golden pour. Rocky white head. Srays. Spicy yeast dominates on nose. Additional corny grains & esters. Light to medium body. Soft carbo. Initial malt sweetness on tongue. Yeasty spicy mid phase. Light hoppiness finishes all. All right. A Belgian ale of no ambition. Just well made.

33 cl bottle, mail order in Japan. very spicy nose, lots of coriander, and quite fruity, apricot, orange, biscuity malt. Very cloudy, murky orange-golden color with a tall, fine head. Very spicy, malty, rather sweet. Nice fruit characteristics, low hopping. This is a coriander bomb. Not terrible otherwise, though nothing special happening either, but it’s hard to get past the spicing.
