The St. Paul Blond is a wonderful, fresh, blonde easy to drink beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a beautiful blonde colour and a big, white head. This bonde has, thanks to the technique of dryhopping, a pleasant aroma. It contains notes of citrus, pear and apple. This St. Paul is soft, fruity, spicy and hoppy and has a dry aftertaste.

Bottle bought on sale on rakuten. A very nice, light fruity & spicy beer. Quite good but a bit too carbonated I thought.

Golden, hazy, minimal heal. Medium sweetness, with fruity notes, much yeast. Very light bitterness. Beer is really fizzy, to a degree that it disturbs when drinking - I had a problem to fully feel the aroma because of the carbonation. It could be a nice Belgian blonde, but I cannot wholeheartedly recommend it as it is.

Bardzo smaczne, tresciwe i metne piwo klasztorne, w smuklej butelce. Jest na tym piwie taka warstwa piany ktora nie opada. Ozezwiajacy aromat dodatkow czyli skorki pomaranczy, i cytrusow. W smaku dominuje slod pszeniczno-jeczmienny i kolendra silnie wyczuwalna na podniebieniu.

Bottle @ home. Big vast, a little bit creamy white head on top of a yellow / golden colored beer. Smell some lemon or citrus, slightly sweet and orange peel. Taste citrus/lemon-fruityness, sweetness and slightly bitter. Suitable carbonation, low to medium body. Easy to drink, refreshing blond. Better than expected.

Cloudy yellow to light beige beer, off-white creamy head, stable and bit adhesive. Aroma: grapefruit, lemon zest, dish washing soap, reminds a bit of a Hoegaarden witbier. MF: too much carbon, light to medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, almost artificial lemony flavour. Not really bad, but somewhat one dimensional. Aftertaste: bit watery, more citrus and sour hops. Weird they call this a blond abbey beer.

Bottle. Murky orange brown with a coat of light beige head. Aroma of oranges, cloves, a little doughy yeast. Taste has zesty citrus and sharp spices of the top of light sugary sweetness and dough. A bit watery. Just trying to be slightly bitter at the end in a way that subtly tidies up. A morsel of a beer, but has some subtlety.

Bottle. A slightly hazy beer, orange-golden in color and with a lively carbonation. A creamy, finger-thick beige head rests on top. The aroma is citrus-fruity, with white sugar and tea. Sweet, sugary flavor with a nice fruityness, but less bitterness than I would like. Full-bodied and slightly sticky on the palate, finishing sweet and fruity. A nice blond, not as character-lacking as many other blonds. 100611
