The St. Paul Blond is a wonderful, fresh, blonde easy to drink beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a beautiful blonde colour and a big, white head. This bonde has, thanks to the technique of dryhopping, a pleasant aroma. It contains notes of citrus, pear and apple. This St. Paul is soft, fruity, spicy and hoppy and has a dry aftertaste.

Bottled. Muddy mustard yellow. Strong herbal aroma. Sweet and soapy with rounded mouthfel and notes of curacao. Witbier-like.

An unclear light yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is like "blondes" often are; filled with corriander and cloves. The flavor is very wheaty - and rather sweet. I wonder how much wheat (malted or unmalted) that has found its way into this beer.

Bottled. Quite nice (almost white) colour, white head. Spicy aroma, little sweet. Where did the flavour go to? This tastes like water. I think vittel is cheaper.

Cloudy pale yellow, generous head, persistent. Nice aroma, similar to a witbier, spicy, lemony. Pretty simple taste, too much watery, but with some hint of malt, sweetness. Very simple palate. Forgettable.
