With its lightly copper-tinted foam and amber red color, the character of this Collesi Rossa Craft Beer is unmistakable. Obtained from select malts and hops, unpasteurized and naturally bottle conditioned, Collesi Rossa Craft Beer distinguishes itself with the intense aromas of caramel, dark spices, malt and toasted hazel nuts. Its prolonged aromatic persistence combines a sweet taste enriched with mineral notes.

Friday 12th Feb 2021. Out Of Date Beer tasting with my son and good lady. Eight beers from 'Lowcostbeer' (they sell old beer at knock down prices). Last beer of the eight; posh looking 330ml bottle; BBD 30th Oct 2017, so a bit on the old side. Sadly it was not something that should be 'aged'. This was a cobweb tasting mess and I had to drain pour it after we'd all had a sip. Shame really, I had hoped it would be fine. Scored purely for my records.

Lucky to pick this up for $1.99. When I touched the cap it shot off and beer gushed out, losing about half of it. Once that was out of the way, it is a decent beer recognizable as a Belgian, or in my opinion, a dubbel ale. Muddy brown appearance with a thin layer of lacing foam. Sweet malt and some fruit. Certainly not worth what these Italian beers usually retail for, but not bad, and it is very elegant packaging.
