Cloudy pale blond color. Some aroma of plastic. Dry mouthfeel, quite weak, with some spiciness. Correct bitterness. Easy.

Bottle. A slightly unclear one, yellowish golden and with a white head. Banana, citrus and coriander in the aroma, making me think of a blend between weizen and wit. A bit heavy on carbonation, medium to thin body. Orange, lemon, banana and spices in the flavor, some bitterness towards the else citrusy finish. A qutie refreshing one, although strange. 110614

Bottled 500ml (Alko, BB 02/2013)
Finnish label mentions wheat, but not Italian one. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Plasticky-fruity nose with hints of orange, no coriander traced. Medium-bodied. Crisp carbonation. Watery, empty palate. Citrus-acidic-fruity flavor, dry not sweet. Short orange peel flavored finish. Very simple "witbier" with a pretty bottle and too high price tag.

Light yellow beer with a medium and white head. Aroma refreshning, wheat, coriander, spicyness and some lemon. Quite light to drink with lots of biting carbonation. Taste is spicy, wheat, some lemon and bananas. Nice and refreshning summer beer with witbier like spicyness in the light package.
