The foam of this elegant Collesi Bionda Craft Beer is rich, creamy, and at the same time, very fine-grained and with a pleasantly light consistency. Its body is full and well-rounded. Obtained from Pilsen-Munich malt, unpasteurized and naturally bottle conditioned, Collesi Bionda Craft Beer releases the aromas of yeast, vanilla, freshly baked bread and honey. And it reveals fruity notes and strong hints of hop blossom and malt on the palate

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy and opaque pale yellow with a creamy white head. Sweet nose - coriandery. Light body, sweet malt and fruit with coriander and yeast. Slightly phenollic with a whiff of metal. Kölsch?? I’d call this a Belgian Wit. 280710

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with no head - was a gusher when opened. The aroma has notes of wheat, yeast, spices, and straw. The flavor has strong notes of lemon as well as medium notes of wheat and a bit of spices - reminds me of a Wit, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottled@Blindtasting at fonefan. Slightly hazy yellowish colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some slight earthy notes, maybe some wheat as well as citrus and mild acidic notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Tastes mre like a witbier than a Kölsch.
