Bottle, at Ølfestival 2011. An unclear, golden-orange beer with a minimal-sized beige head. Peaches, pine cones, lemon peel and some maltyness on the nose. A touch of flowers too. Peaches, citrus peel, pine cones and some bitterness in the flavor, with a mostly bitter finish. Full-bodied. A tasteful beer, but it lacks depth and complexity. Feels like there’s just a bunch of hops tossed in the kettle with no specific thoughts on what to accomplish. 110528

Bottle at KØ-2011. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, malt, grapefruit, citrus, hop. Flavour is pine, malt, grapefruit, hop, citrus, pineapple. Nice beer.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy piney citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy biter grapefruit flavor with piney hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Grapefruity hop aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Pears and grapefruity hops make up most of the flavour. Long bitter finish.

Medium offwhite head. Clear amber body. Citric tropical fruit and resin aroma with pine needle and grass notes. Bitter-sweet herbal pine needle and resin taste with mealy citric notes. Light body. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry-bitter floral herbal aftertaste with mineraly resin notes. Nice. Drinkable, and vast amounts of flavour. (0.1l from bottle at DBF’11.)

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour, not too much head. Aroma is floral and fruity hops along with some sweet maltyness. Flavour is fruits, floral hops, wood, grass, mild spices as well as some nice maltyness balancing it up.
