Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart elderberry aroma. Fruity sour tart weak yeasty elderberry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart elderberry finish.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours very hazy copper with a transient whitish head. Aroma is berry fruit - not getting sour. Well a very little. Med body or so. Flavor is tart, arguably with a sour note. Berry fruit. Maybe a touch of something resembling pedio. Gets a bit fruitier as time goes by, but the tart and/or sour part sticks on into the finish. I think I’m actually understanding an elderberry element - tho my only comparison is jam. Pretty good stuff.
