Bottle. Pours opaque black with large dark brown head. Aroma is intense roasted malt, soy sauce, liquorice, gravy, and hints of vanilla and lapsang souchong. Taste is very sweet, medium bitter, light acidic and light salty. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with intense roasted malt, soy sauce, liquorice, black tea, vanilla and malt syrup. Rich and intense. Appearance: -1 for a dull label.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 28.02.2027 / 10.9 %) im 2024-08 getrunken. Dieses Stout hat ein kurzweilige, beige Schaumkrone. Die Aromen von dunkler Schokolade, geröteten Getreide und Lakritz sind gut balanciert. Ein sehr klassisches IStout.
