Oneida is Hallertau Blanc-centric. The bright tropical fruit and lemongrass notes give it an uber-pungent aroma, with the grapefruity citrus of Cascade providing a touch of balance. We've also added experimental hop variety 05256 to the mix, adding a nice hop complexity while keeping it a drinkable pale ale. While more aggressively bitter than Fortunate Islands, Oneida still has a light body and moderate ABV. We're considering making Oneida our spring seasonal, but that's all kind of up in the air.

Burk från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, svarta vinbär, papaya, mango, apelsin, gräs, grapefrukt med toner av tall. Rund och len, lagom sötma, frisk och fruktig, fin balans, beska med smak av milda toner av grapefrukt och tall. Mycket gott!

Clear golden color with a creamy white head with medium duration. Aroma has notes of citrus, light maltiness and fresh hops. Flavor has a decent bitterness, resin hops, some notes of tangerine and grapefruit peel. decent bitterness in the final with some fruity notes.

Draft @ Taproom, Malmö. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty dry citrus hoppy finish.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear golden,mid sized head. Gooseberry, citrus and bread up front. Syrupy sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Lychee, gooseberry, syrup and paper. Mid bitter finish. Lifeless.

Keg at BD Camden. It pours hazy golden with a decent white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, white grape, apple, toasty grain and bread. The taste is crisp, smooth bitterness, white grape, grapefruit rind, bread, grass and minerals with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well - rounded and easy-drinking.

Sample size from tap @ 38 Degrees Alehouse (displayed as 5.2%). Clear yellow to golden color. White head with good retention. Aroma’s: citrussy hops, grainish. Retronasal it’s citrus, herbal hops. Flavor is moderate bitter with some citrussy sourness. Light bodied. Finishes with a herbal bitterness. Nice, light, refreshing, sessionsable.
