Described as a "hoppy Kristallweizen", must be the first one in Belgium then... Loose, yellowish white head, yellow blonde colour with greenish hue, slightly hazy (at least more than a real Kristallweizen), strong fizz. Aroma has a lot of soapy wheat, some bubblegum but no real fragrant banana odour as you’d expect from a Weizen (more ’Belgian banana’, if you get my drift), lemon peel, grass; sourishly sweet taste, very wheaty, soft and slick, a bit metallic, soft lemon or even limoncello flavour in the end, sourish and refreshing, a bit powdery. By no means a Kristallweizen, more a variation on the eternal Hoegaarden theme, but I had worse witbiers.

Clear very pale pale yellowish beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of coriander, bit sourish, wheaty, soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sourish, wheat, bit funky, vinegar acidity, lemony, spicy. Aftertaste: more coriander, sourish, bit funky, card board, citrus touch. Meh.
