BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Clear golden amber colour, no head and aroma of oily funky apple. Taste is tangy, mellow apple, syrupy with spicy tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry spicy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Box @ Stable Whitechapel. Pours a generally clear gold, bright golden apple fruit on the nose. Fleshy apple fruit to taste, crisp sour edge with a gentle yet confident acidity, nice tannin presence. Good stuff.

Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is cinnamon, intense apples, gummibears. Taste is phenolic, apple skin, extremely off-phenolic, super-tannic finish. Silky mouthfeel. Way too tannic.

Bag in a box, Banbury Beer Festival10.05.12 Stunningly good blended cider. Pours gold, wonderful bittersweet combination leaving a little tangy dryness at finish. Great depth of flavour, apples are great. Lovely, really bloody lovely, I cannot tell how many people I recommended this cider to tonight. Interestingly I chose this for Banbury Beer Festival and rated this cider unaware that it was even on here and had been rated so highly. A7 A4 T9 P4 Ov17 4.1

Bag in a box at the Gryphon cider festival, Bristol 8/07/2011. Deep amber and still. Aroma of dryish apples, oranges and tropical fruit. Flavour of various fruits - more apples, tangerines, pineapple and a touch of mango with a clean, yet tart finish. Excellent stuff, the best cider I have had in a very long time.
