(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a loose mid-sized off-white foamy head. Slightly buttery and delicately toasted malty aroma with notes of biscuits and caramel, backed by a whiff of herbal hops and barnyard. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Slightly grainy and delicately biscuity malty base with hints of caramel on a herbal hoppy background, the latter getting stronger towards the rounded bitter-sweet finish with a lasting aftertaste mixed of biscuits, caramel and herbal hoppy spice. Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, hay, sweet malt, sugary malt, fruity malt, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140601]
