Next up, a lager. There are two schools of thought here, you can either keep it classic and nail the colours of Germany or the Czech Republic to the mast, or you can freestyle. Lost Lager is the best of both worlds. BrewDog Head of Production Jason Pond has spent months dialling in a brand new dry-hopped pilsner that has, at its heart, two secret weapons.
The first is the contemporary German hop variety Saphir – renowned for a vibrancy of citrus and stone fruit. The second is the deployment of lager yeast from the world-beating Weihenstephan. Conditioned for 28 days, Lost Lager is destined to be a crisp, clean pilsner with hints of spice and a zesty lime marmalade character. Prepare to lose yourself at the end of the month.

Bottle I found in Asda, looking all alone like it was misplaced. Pale straw colour, with decent small white head and lacing. Quite a sweet aroma with malt, grain and grass. Taste is the same with a decent body for a lager while still being light. Nice level of carbonation. Moderate bitterness with a slight dryness, occasionally a lime citrus note combines. All the components come together quite well. A well made Pilsner, but unlike the blurb I don't feel it takes the style to a new level or direction.

MobpF/toktplanlegging, vi starter med å kalibrere smaksløkene med denne 0,5 boks fra Meny Hundvåg: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Pilsnermalt, milde urter, en diskret citrusfornemmelse og noe floralt. Lett syrlig avslutning med hint av blomsterhonnning. Så er vi i gang.

Can shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 27.07.20. Clear pale lemon colour. Dense and persistent bright white and heading. Aroma and taste of lemon zest, lime zest, pilsner malt and fresh grass. Very decent. Some bitterness is lingering on.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo smorto limpido, al naso il luppolo è intenso poi note fruttate e floreali lieve solfureo, in bocca delude un pò malto cereali pane e note erbacee, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato, secca nel finale. Buona, ben fatta ma manca quella marcia in più.... c. Carrefour Luino 03.07.20

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
