Draught. Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malts, some chili and mild cocoa. Flavour is cocoa, some roasted malts, mild ashy tones with some chili to it. Also alcohol gives a rather warming feel to it.

[ As Brewski Proto #3 ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cake, cocoa, smoke - chili fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, chili, dark malt, roasted - chocolate, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20180511] 7-4-8-3-15

Opaque colour, small beige head. Toasted, roasted aroma with evident chilli, vegetably notes. Full-bodied. Very sweet cocoa, toasted front then strong but gentle chilli burn. Too sweet but otherwise interesting brew with ageing potential.

Tap. Black color with grey head. Aroma is chipotle, cocoa, chocolate, very aromatic. Taste is chipotle bite, chocolate, cocoa, super nice balance, nice chili and smoke catch in the back, kakao, hot chocolate. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. I love it!
