12 ounce can. Murky Amber orange color. Small creamy beige head. Big tangerine and pine hop nose. First sip is more orange/tangerine notes. Some caramel malt as well. Pine hops emerge midtaste. Warming alcohol in finish. A little rough around the edges, but a decent IIPA.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Hoboken Vine, 3/3/16
Aroma: Starts off with a lot of tropical hops and pine, as the pine fades tangerine and pineapple become more predominant. There's a late caramel malt component that comes through in the end.
Appearance: It pours a murky orange color with a frothy off-white head and some drippy lacework
Flavor: Good hop presence on the flavor, mostly fruity, with a caramel sweetness on the close
Palate: Leaning full bodied with an soft-to-average carbonation, and a bit of stickiness on the close
Overall Impression: This is a really quite solid DIPA. I probably would have gone a bit higher if that initial aroma (which was really top notch) had lasted, and if they flavor had lived up to that level, but regardless, it is a really nice one.
