Lovingly referred to by Fremonters as the B-BOMB, this bourbon barrel-aged edition of our winter ale has a warming spicy aroma and rich carmelly notes of bourbon, wood and vanilla added to dark roasty chocolatey malt flavors and subtle hopping.

Bottle@yesprs - (thanks to Nick) - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of chocolate and caramel, some nutty accents, medium bodied, rich chocolate sweet desert style malty finish, some hoppy backing, lots of spice into the sweet malty finish.

A couple ounces at Trail's End. Pours dark brown, with a small, bubbly, tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate and toasted coconut, with cinnamon, mild coffee, and almonds. Sweet and boozy flavor. Medium to heavy body, with a effervescent, velvety, and thick feel. This is a decadent and tasty beer.

On tap at Bottlecraft North Park. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of cinnamon, vanilla, dark malt and some cocoa. The same in the taste, also some bourbon. Nicely balanced and with a warming finish.

Dark and thick pour. Sweet throughout. Cinnamon and light roasted coffee, Bourbon, vanilla, light oak, chocolate, light molasses. Rich and sweet. The cinnamon infusion is nice without adding heat. Medium slick body. Very nice and an enjoyable twist.
