Seitdem die Franken das Weizenbierbrauen wieder für sich entdeckt haben, entstehen hier so prächtige Weißbiere wie die Nothelfer Bio-Weisse. Sonnengelb mit deutlicher Hefetrübung strahlt es unter dem blütenweißen, festen, fein- bis mittelporigen Schaum. Das Bier versprüht einen Duft von Honigmelone, grüner Banane und Mostbirne, sanft unterlegt von Getreidenoten. Schon der erste Schluck vermittelt Frische und ein wunderbar wohlig-weiches, samtiges Mundgefühl. Aromen von fruchtiger, vollreifer Banane und im Abgang intensive Gewürznelke und Anis entfalten sich im Mund und wecken die Vorfreude auf den nächsten Schluck dieses ausgewogenen Weizens.

Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, almost no head. Starts very yeasty, dry, fruity like lemon, sourish. Finish unbalanced and still too yeasty. Not my favourite.

Hazy dark yellow with a large white head. Strong banana aroma with wheat and a hint of citrus. Dryish cookie spicy flavour and rather refreshing

500ml Flasche. Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner cremigen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, minimal würzig.

Cloudy golden color with nice huge white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of banana, lemon, clove.

Bottle in Schlitz. Cloudy, yellow-orange appearance with a nice off-white head. Rich banana and orange creamy, fruity, fairly yeasty nose. Somewhat tart citrusy, big banana, sweet fruity, somewhat bready yeasty flavor. Very nice fruity elements.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, mid-sized stable white head; vanilla, wood, bananas, yeast and wheat in the nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, medium bodied; delicate hoppy traces in the wheaty-fruity finish, supported by a tinge of vanilla, again. Good Weizen......

50cl bottle, enjoyed before Tuska Open Air festival, Helsinki. Poured hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Citrus and wheat aroma. Flavor is wheat, and banana. Quite sweet. Slightly spicy finish.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty and distinctively banana-fruity aroma with flowery notes in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Wheat-malty and banana-fruity taste with clovy notes turning up towards the slightly sweet and bitter-tart finish. A straight but not very special Hefeweizen. 05.VII.11

Hefiger, angenehm ausgeglichener Antrunk mit leichter Herbe und sehr leichter Fruchtnote. Kaum säuerlich, im Verlauf wird der Ton aber erkennbar, er passt gut auf und mildert die Süße auf ein gutes Niveau ab. Sehr spritzige Weisse mit gut abgepassten Frucht- und Hefenoten. 12/8/9/9//9
