Orange Crates began as a Belgian style Blond ale, fermented with a historic Belgian ale yeast, and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops. The dry hopped Belgian Blond was then conditioned on Brettanomyces Claussenii for 2 months. The beer was then bottle conditioned with the Brett C. for 9 months prior to release. This is a toast to arguably one of the most well respected, recognizable, and style bending beers ever created. A deep cut of some of the grooviest funk brewed with our friends at The Answer.

On draught at 101 Beer Kitchen Westerville during the "Mid-Week Beer Geek w/ Jackie O's, MadTree & Fat Heads" event on 05/16/2018. Hazy yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of funky yeast, malt and citrus. Medium body with flavors of funky brett, citrus, floral hops and malt. The finish is funky and mildly tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
