Bottle at Bumba. Aroma of apple, herbs and booze. Taste has rich apple, spices, booze, molasses, soft wheat and a smooth finish. Very nice surprise.

Sample at Tderoeck, a rather long-opened bottle. Dark orange-brown, flat, cloudy. Nose of honey, caramel, raisins. rich honey flavor, caramel, raisins, oxidation. A bit too old by now. Super sweet, with a bit of tartness but not much balance to it.

Bottle sample at Specja?y Regionalne, pours a clear amber. Aroma is intense, with sweet red berries, bit of grape, intense honey nectar and alcohol. Flavour is very syrupy, with intense honey nectar, treacly notes, and light alcohol. The alcohol is incredibly well hidden. Body is syrupy and amazingly deep. Wonderful product.

Pours dark blonde, almost copper. Smell is strong, bit booze, mild honey sweetness. herbs don't really show yet, but the scent is indeed complex. Taste is full, thick body, notes of honey, very clearly so, some oak, very very mild herbal notes ( or is it just a play of mind ? ) very well made and truly balanced mead. The boozyness is there, but very low given the ABV . nice ! Very thick, sticky ending.
