A gaze sets upon the open field and is quickly numbed by an olfactory presence. Honey Saison

Behind its veil, the keeper is a resident among the flora and the orchestrator of the bee's laborious ballad. This fine forager's froth is born of Carolina-raised barley, wheat and honey and brewed with chamomile, hibiscus, rose, passionflower, heather, elderflower, lavender and touches of secret and lore. Brightly tart with a green tea, lemon, and cranberry flavor, the aromatics will warm the cockles and rejuvenate even the most worn and weary.

Draft at Salud. Hazy golden yellow color, medium white head. Floral aroma with light funk. Taste is dusty flowers, fresh hay. Very tasty.
