Pearson is a mixed culture fruited beer aged in oak barrels that showcases locally sourced peaches from Fort Valley, Georgia's Pearson Farm. We selected the Elberta peach, the original king peach of Georgia, to feature in the 2018 harvest release. We then determined select barrels to create a blend that honors the flavors of the chosen peach variety.

Where: MBCC 2019.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, fruit, tart, wood.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, fruit, a bit acidic, tart.
