Ale brewed with Italian spelt and cornflower honey. Deep golden/orange color, opalescent with a nice foamy head.
The aroma starts off with dominant notes of raw grain, but is joined by a definite undercurrent freshness and flavor of honey. Well balanced in the palate, very light acidity, with a pleasant rustic hint.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, dark blonde, with fine white foam. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, orange peel, spiced, honey. Body is average, with intense but fine carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Final is fairly dry.
