On the nose ripe stone fruits, chocolate, light, pettiness and delicate floral hoppiness.
On the palate caramel, chocolate, ripe stone fruits, raisins and warming alcohol notes. Relax beer.

Tap at Grand Cru Taproom, Santarcangelo, Italy. Pours opaque brown, unattractive, with some yeast in suspension and very fine white foam. Aroma is intense malty, caramel, molasses, even a little nutty. Body is average, but sticky, with moderate carbonation. Some chewy feeling. Taste is medium-high sweet, but moderated by nice elegant sour due to oxidation. Final is fairly long and malty.
