Bottle, many thanks Koelschtrinker! Slightly hazy pale golden color with no head. Aroma is sweetish apples, some barnyard funk and cookie dough. Taste is mealy apples, a bit dusty, more barnyard and cookie dough. Dry finish with some bitterness and a mineralic-chalky dusty component. Flat. Not excellent.

Wässriger, säuerlicher und etwas dumpfer Beginn mit geringer Apfelnote. Steigende Fruchtigkeit, erfrischend aber insgesamt zu schwach. 9/7/7/5//7

Cloudy and pale in the glass, smooth and tart nose. The cider is smooth, hints of water and highly drinkable. Tart apple aroma, nearly no sweetness. A bit mouldy. Very smooth in the end, fruity apples, tart finish. Highly drinkable.
Very nice, tart Frankfurt-style cider with no carbonation. Very tart and highly drinkable. --> 12/11/12/12

Bottle at papsoe tasting, with a pitch for a festival "sound of the forest" on the back side. clear yellow, small bubbly head. aroma of apple, bisquits. at this point i was aware this was not the best cider on earth, but i was totally unprepared for the dastardly bad flavor. flavor is apple, loads of off flavors, bitter rubbery, hard to describe nastinesses.
