Bottle, thanks MoritzF! Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy malts with a light fruitiness, a little bit spicy, hay. Taste is juicy malts, fruity hop spice again, easily drinkable, perfectly balanced. Natural carbonation. An unpretentious beer and an excellent examples of what Helles can be, even when bottled. 7-3-7-4-15Tap at the Klosterbräustüberl. As remembered - I like it a bit more than the Kloster-Hell, it has more hopspice. 7-3-7-4-16

This beer carries the regular bitterness and overall aroma that any other Helles does. However it has some very distinctive and surprisingly heavy malt taste that underlies everything else. I am not sure how to describe it... It is probably very close to some earthy fermented figs..? I am not yet decided, whether I enjoy this quite interesting unusual note. Probably not :)

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy aroma with a spicy touch of husk. Taste is pale malty, a fruity touch of apple, pear, gooseberry, some husk, mineral. Not an outstanding beer, but an extraordinary Helles.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass not too zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest malty, some wheaty notes. Finish modest dry with some sourish hints. Well balanced, quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a lightly bitter finish.
