Bottle. Flowery grassy aroma. Initial malt character, after that a firm grassy hopbitterness, lingering on in the aftertaste. Fine example of the style.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 07/2009). Golden color, good creamy white head. Aroma is hoppy and slightly buttery, also some grainy malty notes. Soft palate. Very sweet malty helles with nice long bitter finish and aftertaste. Some buttery flavors too. Good maltyness and rounded mouthfeel. Pretty good brew.

(bottle) Almost clear, except for some tiny yeast-particles, golden coloured hue with a huge foamy white head. Moderately sweet and aromatic grainy and nutty aroma with a touch of cara-malt and hints of vanilla. Moderately sweet flavour with a balancing level of bitterness, almost medium bodied with a soft, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Robust malty, soft-grainy base with balanced herbal hoppy notes in the wings; quite dry and well-rounded malty sweet and hop bitter finish. Very pleasant Export (12.09.07).
