Amber-yellow with a thick head. Wow - that is really appley, maybe even a bit Sprite-like. I can’t focus on anything else. The flavour is more malt accented with yeasty footiness, breadcrusty caramel and still some sharp apple. Quite rustic.

Test vom 22.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,12,13,13,8,12 - 12,00

Bottle (many tanks to joss !): Golden, big stable fluffy white head, deep sweet-malty nose with some bitter-aromatic edges in the wings, almost with a honeyish tinge; solid sweet-malty flavour with a distinctive bitterness, soft MF; distinctive sweet-bitter finish, aromatic. A fine well balanced, well crafted brew......

50 cL bottle. Nice aroma of noble hop. There’s also a bit of spice in the air. Dark, brassy gold color with a substantial white head that even left tatters of lace. Soft feel, medium bodied, nearly creamy carbonation. The flavor begins with light malty sweetness accompanied by a decent amount of floral and grassy hop. The finish is not very dry, but there is enough bitter to cover that issue. And the lace turns out to be substantial. Clean, crisp, and mouthsmackingly good.

Poured clear golden with nice white head. Aroma is light with sweet malts, some wheat and cereal. The taste begins sweet and cereal like and then quickly becomes bitter as the hoppiness runs across my tongue.
