When we got the chance to brew an Extra Special Bitter in a collaboration with Fuller’s late in 2018 we thought we would only get one shot at brewing the ESB beer style. But the locals have asked us to brew the beer again and again.
Hence, Trad Jazz Returns, just a little drier than the first edition, and packing more East Kent Goldings in the dry hopping.
A residual malt sweetness balances with a gentle, lingering, citrussy bitterness, which sets up a drying but moreish finish.
