Draft tasting glass during Moor Tap Takeover @ Gollem. Dark brown amber with a creamy off-white head. Nose is lovely Bamberg smoked malt, mellow smoked tea with low sweetness, faint metallic note. Taste is mellow faintly grainy Bamberg smoked malt, smoked tea, low brown sugar, grainy, light dryness bread. Low faint herbal note. Lovely Bamberg smoked malt at first but it mellow out a bit over time, I could have definitely used more. I could have more Bamberg malt but I do get where they were going with this one & that they wanted something more accessible. Still very nice, drinks very easily.
