Can from Smuggler’s Records Deal and drunk on a train to Ashford. Smoke yes without a doubt. Smoked sausage aroma. Yes more lightly smoked sausage. It’ll be one of those red pink ones. Good balance. I like the rye spiciness. Yep already hooked on this beer. A classic piece of spicy smoke. So good. I want to have sex with this beer. Beer in a can from a record shop in Deal and drunk on a train. Awesome. And it tastes of spicy smoked sausage. Are there enough tissues in the train toilets for this? Lovely. I want moor. Huh.

Cask @ Café Beermoth, Manchester. Cloudy deeper amber coloured ale with a creamy-frothy head. Unnervingly smoked for its light colour, but tasty with ham evident in aroma and taste, but more stated in the latter. Has a light easy-drinking texture.

Can from Cornelius. Hazy amber witth a dense off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma of smoke, fig, caramel and peat. Flavour of orange, toffee and rust. Medium body with a slick texture. Fizzy. Paired well with a packet of Frazzles.

Cask at the Victoria, Birmingham. Poured a slightly light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light fruit, some spicy smoke, light aniseed. The flavour is floral bitter with a light, smooth, spicy floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Aroma has sweet mix of fruits, apricot and smoked wood. Feels somewhat malty. has sweet smoky notes, some peat, wood, fruits, apricot and hints of toffee. Also faint traces of licorice. Mildly smoked but something does not add up here. Perhaps it is the sweetness.

0,66L bottle, BB 30.11.2014. Pours hazy orange with off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, flowery, spicy. Flavor is sweetness, smoke, citrus, and rye. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Feels a little bit watery. Overall: nice brew.
