Hellgüldene Optik mit ganz leichten grüngelben Reflexen und überschaubarer feiner Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone macht einen sehr flaumigen, stabilen und langlebigen Eindruck. Süßliche Malzaromatik mit Noten von Getreide, Weißbrot und Hefeteig, sowie einer zarten Würze in der Nase. Im Antrunk weichspritzig und grasiger bzw. herber als erwartet. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich ein überraschend dünner Körper mit schwachen Malzaromen und mäßig gutem, eher einfach trocken-herb gehaltenem Hopfenaroma. Eine doch ziemlich einfache und unspektakuläre Angelegenheit. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit darf man als mäßig bezeichnen. Im Nachtrunk schwindet der getreidige Malzcharakter sehr rasch und eine trockene bis aschige Hopfenherbe stellt sich ein. Mein Fazit: Trinkbar ja, aber für ein bayerisches Helles unterdurchschnittlich.

0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Clear golden with a nearly two finger pure white head. Can´t expect more for a Helles. Low caramel and grain on the nose. Taste is also smooth grainy, some bitterhop, not a lot, some caramel. Below average carbonated. Nice easy drinker.

Dorada de espuma blanca de media retención. Ligeramente cereal en el aroma, tono que intensifica en boca, donde se presenta suave y ligera, con buen punto de gas. Bebible y refrescante.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear lager yellow with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, pale malt, grain, wet rope, grass, hay and corn bread. The taste is crisp, dry, touch of bitterness, grassy, grainy, straw, hay, toasty grain, light spice, nuttiness and cornbread with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A simple, easy drinking helles. No wow.
