This beer is young spelt saison macerated on second use nectarines. It is maybe most similar to the 2017 Blushing Star? Better body and at this point a touch more acidity, although when it was bottled it was not acidic at all and as the acidity has come on the beer has really come into its own. It drinks like a nice mixed culture saison perfumed with peaches. It's really, really pleasant. This is the "more floodland" counterpoint to the 2018 punch you in the face Meditation - easy to drink, a total summer crusher for the dead of winter.

2018 bottle thanks to Grant. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong nectarine flesh, lemon, oak, floral. Slick body, nectarine, citrus, oak, tart, enjoyed this.

Clearish yellow gold with a clear white head. Perfumy lemon and some light grass. Soured lemon and grass with a touch of perfume.

Tasting at Salesforce, bottle; vintage 2018, 3+ years old
Hazy pale blond colour. The aroma is farty, strong, manure, nice bugs. Dry, acidic, grape skins, strong sulfur, farts, some astringency; it's quite pleasant, but not so complex or elegant, and some people may be put off by the sulfur.

750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: lots of bugs, fruity, farty. Taste: along the same lines, quite acidic, lots of minerals and dry stone fruits. Overall: it's quite interesting, but it overreached my acidity tolerance level.

2018 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is wonderfully complex, with loads of nectarines, wild bugginess, and some oak. Flavour is very buggy and spicy, with lots of tart nectarines, bugginess, mineraly notes, and spiciness. On the drier side, with lots of spicy mineraly notes and dry, tart nectarines on the finish. Smells much better than the taste. Good.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is great has a ton going on, stone fruit funky barrel soft tart notes and some cherries even. Taste is more of the nice sweet stone fruit tart funky oak barrel balanced, very good.
