[ As Granizo Quercus ].
ABV: 8.5%. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramelized malt, wood - woody. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, caramelized malt, malty, sour wood, apple, medicine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draught @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. Heavy, malty and tart with some green apples, sourness, hints of roastiness and caramel. Not sure if the sourness was intentional or not.
