Lichte body.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Malty aroma with caramel, darkish bread, picking up some metallic notes. Lightly nutty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Bittersweet, plenty of caramalt, good.

500 ml bottle. Slightly unclear copper with a fluffy head. Lots of roasted malt, caramel, lemon zest, earthy notes, floral hops, some licorice, lemon, slightly metallic, rye bread. Malty sweetness, dry metallic bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry metallic roasty caramel bittersweet finish. It’s a good roasty malty Amber Lager / Rotbier, yet with a good a amount of bitterness, that makes it rather balanced.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, more and more spicy. With some interesting caramel notes. Mild sweetness. Finish well balanced. Nice one!
