Unsere fränkische Antwort auf ein englisches Stout.
Im Glas zeigt sich feinporiger, cremefarbener Schaum auf tiefschwarzem, obergärigen Bier. Feine Röstnoten nach Kaffee und Dörrzwetschgen lassen auf das schließen, was im Geschmack folgt: Dunkle Schokolade, und getrocknete Rosinen eingebettet in einen schlanken Körper mit angenehmer Bittere. Die Aromen der Karamell-, Röst- und Spezialmalze stehen im Vordergrund, das cremige Mundgefühl setzt dem Weiherer Schwärzla die Krone auf.

Fles 50cl thuis. Roasted malts, koffie, hop (spalter perle, herkules), laurier, zoetje, chocolade, caramel, rozijn, bittertonen, zacht, romig. Stout met schwarzbierinvloeden. (15-1-2021).

A Frankonian English stout, huh. As a compromise, into a Nönic. Deep clear brown with a beige head that fades to a fat coat. Fruity aroma with dried and stewed fruit, caramel, some roast and spices. Not as sweet as anticipated with a little more roast and firm enough bitterness. But the fruit and some licorice fill out the palate a little before a crisp finish. Engaging and tasty.

Flaska från Hier-gibts-Bier.de. Opak kolsvart vätska med ett högt ljusbeige skum. Stor doft av rostade aromer, svartbröd, kakao och rostad malt. Mjuk och len, en liten järnsmak som faktiskt inte stör alls, ganska torr, koncentrerad smak av rostad malt, nötter, mörk men inte särskilt bitter choklad, en lätt sötma, lite katrinplommon. En riktigt maffig och stor schwarzbier. Den bästa jag druckit vad jag kan minnas.

The rare german stout. It’s crisp an clean like a schwarzbier, but noticeably more dense, sweet, and sharp. But very well made german take on a classic style. Hopcult dresden

Bottle, danke Gregor. Black, dark grey lace. Dust initially, dark chocolate roast, some smoke, caramel and chocolate fudge, light ashen roast, satisfying chewy mouthfeel. Deep smoky moreish stout.

Dark brown with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have pleasant dark malt. Bitter and sweet. Roasted notes in the finish.

500 ml bottle. Dark brown, stable small foamy head. Dark bread, hazelnut, toffee, light citrus. Light dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry sweetish finish. Good, but not really a Stout.

Dark brown with a fleeting, frothy head. Aroma of caramel, roasted grains. Taste is sweet with a slight sour twist at the end. Medium bodied, mild oiliness, over-carbonated at the start although this seemed uneven in itself and rapidly faded. Okay.
