Unsere fränkische Antwort auf ein englisches Stout.
Im Glas zeigt sich feinporiger, cremefarbener Schaum auf tiefschwarzem, obergärigen Bier. Feine Röstnoten nach Kaffee und Dörrzwetschgen lassen auf das schließen, was im Geschmack folgt: Dunkle Schokolade, und getrocknete Rosinen eingebettet in einen schlanken Körper mit angenehmer Bittere. Die Aromen der Karamell-, Röst- und Spezialmalze stehen im Vordergrund, das cremige Mundgefühl setzt dem Weiherer Schwärzla die Krone auf.

Bottle @ Dolles Bockstival — Bocken varer lige til påske, 5000 Odense C. Pours Dark Brown with a small creamy head. Ashes and roast. Serious ashtray. Medium bodied. Soft Roasted Dry finish.

Shared @ tasting. Thanks for also sharing beers Inoven, TomHendriksen and Roelzie1986. Nice dark red-brown brown color with a small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, lightly iron, a touch of chocolate. Decent body, soft mouthfeel. Quite pleasant.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai. Donkerbruin bier met matig schuim. Licht aroma van karamel. Smaak van gebrande mout, een beetje waterig. Weinig nasmaak.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven en Roelzie1986. Het is een donker bruin bier met een beige schuimkraag. Het heeft een houtige geur. De smaak is zacht, zoet een caremelachtig.

500ml bottle from trade with beerhunter111! Many thanks. Pours black, medium tan head. Aroma is light roast, faint dark malt. Taste is fairly light on the palate, with a soft liquoricey sweetness, some light choc, roast. Good balanced, easy-going stout.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Weiherer Schwärzla ].[ Courtesy of æHD'er ]. Clear dark brown black colour with a large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, hay - grass, roasted, dark malt, dusty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, hay - grass, chocolate - coffee, dark malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 50cl bottle. Deepest brown beer with a mid-sized good lasting tan head. Aroma of mild roasted dark malt, some chocolate and coffee. taste of mild roasted malt, caramel, burned malt, some chocolate and coffee, okay!

bottle from the brewery. Deep brown-black colour, creamy beige head. Good and intensive dark malty base, roasetd malts, coffee flavours. Earthy hoppy touch in the finish. Smooth palate. Very nice.
