Milk Stout with Cinnamon Sticks and Coffee
We took one of our base stout recipes and hit it with some fresh Josefita Natura beans ( El Salvador Origin) from our friends at Bridgeport Coffee. In addition to the coffee we’ve added some fresh cinnamon sticks and lactose to give this beer a nice dessert like feel. Perfect for drinking under blankets on the couch binging your favorite shows.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5
From my wife who got this in Chicago: pours black with light brown head. Aroma is hefty cinnamon, sugared up and milky coffee, pastry. Taste is not too sweet. Milky taste abounds. Plenty of cinnamon. Not overpowering.
