Kupferfarbenes obergäriges Bio-Bier mit natürlicher Hefetrübung. Exotisch süßer Duft nach Mandarine, Grapefruit und Ananas. Im Trunk sehr vollmundig mit ausgeprägter Bittere und Noten von Blutorange und Mango. Der Klassiker der Wimitz Spezial Linie. Die mehrmalige kalte Hopfung im Tank gibt diesem Bier einen herrlichen exoti- schen Charakter. Neben anderen Bio Hopfensorten verwenden wir beim Wimitz IPA auch Bio Cascade Grünhopfen aus unserem eigenen Landbau.

Bottled@HBF2018. Yellowish orange colour with a small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, floral, some bready malts and mild grains. Flavour is biscuity and bready malts along with some fruity and floral tones.

Die Wimitzbiere sind für viele eher mittelmäßig, aber dieses finde ich ganz gut. Es ist allerdings nicht so bitter und auch aromatisch als viele Amerikaner, aber ich finde es gut süffig, sodass es sich wunderbar trinken lässt.

33cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a off-white head. Aroma of bitter grapefruits, orange fruits, citrus, pine. Taste of bitter orange fruits, grapefruits, resins, pine. Long bitter finish.

0.33 bottle.Quite an extravagant label, beautiful amber beer with a big cream-colored foam. Nice. Delicate IPA aroma with fruity, mandarin and hops. Very nice. The foam was so hard that I had to bite in the IPA cup first. Delicate, hop bitter, very full-bodied, fruity, fresh, quality IPA. It's very full. Flawless! Highly recommended!

Egészen extravagáns címke, gyönyörű borostyán színű sör, nagy krémszínű habbal. Nice. Gyümölcsös, mandarinos, komlós finom IPA illat. Nagyon szép. Olyan kemény volt a hab, hogy az IPA-s pohárban először harapni kellett. Finom, komlós keserű, igen testes, gyümölcsös, friss, minőségi IPA. Nagyon telt. Hibátlan! Kiemelten ajánlott!

33cl bottle. Looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fine hoppy aroma. Starts fine malty, modest spicy, fine hoppy-flowery notes, some hints of lemon, some grapes. Finish well balanced, mild bitterness. Nice.

Bottle, many thanks herrklemann! Hazy orange color with beige head. Aroma is peach, grapefruit, earthy, toffee. Taste is peach, toffee, earthy, piney. Silky mouthfeel, high but soft carbonation. Not bad!

Tap at SteyrerHof in St. Veit an der Glan-Austria. Pours a clear and bright amber color, medium off-white foamy head. Nose has an amber relevant character, signs of oxidation perhaps wrong balance of hops and malts. Mouth: medium body, sparkling mild bitterness, amber malts dominate but tasty and easy.
