This is a Pale Ale with a twist. Using a Belgian Wit yeast strain and dry hopping with Mandarina Bavaria hops with additions of citrus peel, you will get a big citrus hit with just a hint of spice on the end, creating the perfect balance for a summer drink.

Can from Pub-up-beershop, Wolvega. Fruity aroma. Very citrussy with mandarin, some spicy yeast. Prominent Mandarina hops. Citrus peel. Moderate bitter, lightly dry. Medium body. Bright citrus all-round, spicy Witbier yeast profile. Good.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of spicy yeast esters and citrus. Taste is more of the same. Decent, but probably more enjoyable in the summer, rather than the depths of a Scottish winter!
