Bottle. Golden color with white head. Aroma is earthy hops, grapefruit. Taste is earthy, bready, grainy. Bitter finish with an earthy aftertaste. Silky mouthfeel. Meh.

Direkt aus der Brauerei, optisch Bernstein, stabiler Schaum. In der Nase reife Früchte, Mango, nicht zu massiv. Im Trunk leicht alkoholisch, wieder Mango, im Abgang bitter. Ganz lecker.

Flaske (lot 054, bb. 170616) fra Del Mon, på hotellrommet i Cala Major, Mallorca:kklar gylden med fint hvitt skum som varer helt til bunns. Fruktig aroma (mango, ananas og fersken) sammen med maltsødem. Deilig, balansert smak med fint avrundet bitterhet med jordbær og gress. Må prøve flere fra dette bryggeriet!

bottle from local supermarket. cloudy yellow, smooth white head. flowery hoppy aroma with malty notes and some bitter hoppy notes. flavor is bitter hoppy, malty, a herbal note spicy note, flavorfull, but quite rustic with the herbal notes.

Bottle picked up from the brewery on holiday in Mallorca. Bottle was a bit of a gusher. Clouded orange coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is grassy hop, light pine, little berry, bready grains. Flavour is composed of grainy base malts, tangy grassy orange leaf, mineral. Firm grassy bitterness. Palate is drying and highly carbonated, frothy in the mouth. Light resin on the tongue. Again a well made beer, but hop character isn’t that clear.
