Bamberg Bash Day 2. Bottle drunk outside the closed brewery or a train swig! Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crisp. Clean pale malt, slightly sweet. Good hops here - peel bitterness and floral bitterness. Dry crisp finish. Very nice.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle shared outside the brewery tap - Buttenheim, 25/01/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white head. Nose is floral hops, light caramel, grass, citrus notes. Taste comprises orange, bread dough, citric notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean finale. Ok but doesn’t deliver too much flavour.

Bottle, at Nærbø Ølfestival 2013. It pours a clear, golden body under a small, off-white head. Pale malts, fruityness and some hay on the nose. The flavor has pale malts, fruityness, hay and a decent bitterness bringing some balance to the accounts. Medium body, dry an nicely carbonated. A quenching and quite tasteful one. 131019

The beer starts malty, very nice hop aroma present. The mainpart gets slightly bready, but still nice and floral hops. Not too bitter. In the aftertaste, there is a slightly bitter tone, harmonising great with the malty body (which is for me a bit too bready) and nice floral hops.
